We are happy to accept orders by email, telephone or post. If you have a brochure it comes with an order form. If you email an order we will require your home address and post code, and a delivery address if it is different, and details of the goods you require. When you email an order please give us a contact telephone number and your preferred contact time. We will ring you and obtain your card details then. Please do not send emails containing your card details At Hilltop we use electronic card handling and therefore the latest security Chip and PIN security measures are in operation. These security measures are designed to protect both parties in any transaction. The card details we will ask for are as follows: The name on the card e.g.. Mrs Margaret Edith Gray The address and post code of the card holder if the goods are to be delivered to a different address. The Card Number (the large embossed one) The date the card was valid from. The date the card expires. The full issue number e.g.. Issue Number 001 (if the card has one) The last 3 numbers on the card’s signature strip. Goods will normally be dispatched by 1st class post or Parcel Force. Please allow 10 working days for delivery but do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns. We take great care when we package our goods but accidents sometimes happen. Items that arrived damaged in the post should be reported to us as soon as possible or within 14 days of receipt. While we claim from the carrier replacement goods will be sent.
