If you would like to learn how to make Felt, Sue can offer the perfect answer. Over the years Sue has taught hundreds of people, of all ages and abilities, how to felt. Beware though, it is a life changing skill, once the bug hits, felting, along with all the other textile craft skills, is compulsive!

All of Sue’s courses are designed for the individual and if you are considering a course we strongly recommend that you contact Sue and speak to her about what you want to achieve. Sue can help you achieve your dreams, don’t be afraid to ask.

Sue’s ’ONE TO ONE’ TUITION includes bespoke ‘One to One’ tuition in your chosen craft, the use of all materials and equipment. There are no hidden extras. A ploughman’s lunch is provided. A typical course is as follows:

A FELTING COURSE: 4 hours tuition to felt
EITHER 2 x A4 flat pieces to experiment using different techniques
to achieve your objectives.
OR a felt a seamless hat OR beret to fit you
OR 1 x A5 seamless bag.
We will use merino, corriedale wool tops and dyed fleece.

Price: £72.00 per person (£18 per hour)

If you wish to make a pair of seamless felted slippers it will take 6 hours.

Sue teaches Needle Felting or Traditional Feltmaking or a combination of methods,
the choice is yours.
