Makes a 1.5m (5') skein or hank.  Take the yarn from the spinning wheel bobbin onto the Niddy Noddy.  It has specially shaped crossbars that allow the skein (hank) of yarn to slide off easily.  If you have tried to make a skein (hank) around the back of a chair, you will know the difference!

This ball winder converts skeins into balls. Clamp it to the table and turn the handle to pull the yarn from the skeiner and wind it into handy sized balls, all ready for knitting!.
