The picture on the left shows the contents of a Maintenance Kit which contains flyer hooks, footman, spring, oil, driveband, threading hook, C clip and brakeband. We can also supply screws, bolts, cranks, flyers, replacement wheels, in fact any individual part of any Ashford wheel -old or new.

The Standard Lazy Kate, used to hold spare bobbins or full bobbins when plying, is £13.00 (not including bobbins)

The Horizontal Lazy Kate is £17.00 (not including bobbins)

The Precision Lazy Kate is £22.00 (not including bobbins). This Lazy Kate is used when when ‘creative’ plying for slub or loop yarns as bobbins can be braked to control the yarn release rate.

If you have a wheel or loom in need of repair the we are able to help. If you can bring it to us we can inspect and advise for free but if repairs or modifications are required we charge £18 per hour plus the cost of parts used. If you cannot get to us then send photos by post or email and we are happy to give advice about returning the wheel or loom to working order.
